This is the second part of the four dragon scale backgrounds in various appropriate RPG dragon colours (also available: red, green, and blue – sorry, no black dragons).
These are obviously generated textures :) Although we get bearded dragons and water dragons etc at my house their scales are not like this. That being said these could easily represent lizard textures or snake scale backgrounds in the right situations (not to mention serpents and mythical beasties)
